Something we were extremely pleased with was the CMS element, which enabled us to update visitors with latest news and, importantly, detail changes as they happened, which are always a factor when organising events such as the Exeter Festival of South West Food & Drink.

The integration of social media into the design template was also critical to driving real loyalty among visitors in the run up to the Festival, helping us build a great fan base and visitor loyalty. This will be invaluable for future festivals.
